Synopsis
本片讲述了游手好闲的石头村“首富”之子赵大伟第9次求婚失败，误会是首都来的第一书记陈天宇从中作梗，双方战火一触即发。大伟向天宇下战书，天宇将计就计接受挑战。两个年轻人在建设试点过程中状况不断、笑料百出。俏美村花、村长老炮、吝啬首富、废柴三兄弟等各路神仙趁乱纷纷上阵，混战愈演愈烈。最终昔日“小村霸”大伟被激发出斗志和潜力，跟机智暖男书记天宇联手解决了村里多年来的致富难题，带领石头村开启脱贫的新篇章。
