Synopsis
谭永义是一个农民的儿子，他在银山乡干了八年乡长，是一个廉政爱民深受百姓拥戴的好干部。后来他晋升为县重点工程局局长分管市政建设，在立交桥建设的招标过程中，他被人情世故所左右，最终没能守住底线而沦陷。
